EASTMAIN PROPERTY (Lithium)

The Eastmain Property consists of two claims blocks, totalling 1,109 hectares, in the James Bay Region of Quebec. The Property is situated proximal to the all-weather James Bay Road and associated powerline infrastructure corridor, and approximately 10 km south of the KM-381 Roadstop. The Property is strategically located proximal to the James Bay (Cyr) Deposit held by Galaxy Resources Ltd. with the Company’s eastern block situated along trend. Numerous pegmatite targets have been identified that remain to be assessed for the presence of spodumene.

Management cautions that past results or discoveries on adjacent properties (i.e. James Bay (Cyr) Deposit) may not necessarily be indicative to the presence of mineralization on the Company’s properties (i.e. Eastmain)

HIGHLIGHTS

- The James Bay deposit contains indicated resources of 11.75 million tonnes (mt) grading at 1.30% Li2O and inferred resources of 10.47 mt grading at 1.20% Li2O. Recently, Galaxy Resources has drilled an additional approximately 33,000 metres to develop the James Bay Deposit.
